The Academy hosts the Inter-Academy Seoul Science Forum(IASSF) in order to demonstrate the excellence of Korea scholars and promote scientific exchange among scholars from all over the world.

KAST hosts international symposia and invites distinguished scholars from foreign science academies to have in-depth discussions on affairs of mutual concern and current issues in science and technology.
