Membership Selection Committee is composed of 15 members or less including the chairman.

Term and Qualifications
 - The chairman is appointed among the Fellows by the academy's president with the recommendation of the Executive Committee and serves for 3 years.
- The committee members are appointed among Fellows by the president with the recommendation of the Executive Committee, and their term expires automatically upon completing the specified mission.
- Candidate for fellowship are recommended by the Division Executive Committee
- Candidates for general membership are recommended by three of more regular members or by approved institutions

- The committee is composed of 15 members or less who are appointed from fellows with the recommendation of the Division Executive Committee
- Candidates for regular membership are selected with more than half of favorable votes of those present, which should be more than 2/3 of total number of the committee members

- More than 3/4 of favorable votes for fellowship and more than 2/3 favorable votes for general membership

The Chairman is appointed among the Fellows by the Academy's President with the recommendation of the Executive Committee and serves for 3 years.
The Committee members are appointed among Fellows by the President with the recommendation of the Executive Committee, and their term expires automatically upon completion of the specified mission
Candidates for Members are selected with2/3 or more favorable votes of those Committee members present, which should be more than 2/3 of the total number of the Committee members.
Candidates for Fellows are selected with more than 3/4 of favorable votes of those Committee members present, which should be more than 2/3 of the total number of the Committee members.
